CardShow Pro is designed to be offline-first. Your inventory, show, trade, expense, cash history, photo, backup, and settings data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, restore, contact support, use account services, or enable an optional connected feature such as cloud backup.
Information You Provide
You may enter inventory records, card photos, pricing, cost basis, sale data, trade data, show details, expenses, cash history, account details, support requests, referral information, and optional backup information. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
Website and Support
If you contact us through the website or by email, we may collect your email address, optional name, optional referral details, and any note you choose to submit. Website forms may be processed by Formspree or a similar form provider so we can receive and respond to submissions.
Connected Services
Account sign-in, password reset email, recovery requests, support tickets, diagnostics/crash reports, subscription checks, and optional cloud backup may use internet services when you request or enable them. These services may include Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Formspree, our backend provider, and email/support providers. Payment information is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is not stored by CardShow Pro.
Third-party providers that process data for CardShow Pro are used only to provide app functionality, support, diagnostics, subscriptions, account services, website form handling, or optional backup features. We expect those providers to protect user data with protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Local-First Data
Core inventory and show workflows are built to operate offline. Logging out does not automatically delete local data from the device. If you share, sell, or transfer a device, you should clear local data first. Support cannot view or repair your local inventory data unless you choose to send a backup, support package, screenshot, or diagnostic details.
Cloud Backup
If you manually back up to cloud or enable Auto Cloud Backup, supported app data is saved to your signed-in account so you can restore it on another device. Cloud backup is intended to be accessible only to the signed-in account associated with that backup. Photos and exported files may remain local unless specifically included in a backup or support package.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We use information only to provide app functionality, support, diagnostics, account services, and optional backup features.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for connected features, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, recovery code, exported files, and backups.
Adult Use
CardShow Pro is intended for adults age 18 and over. The app is built for card sellers and includes business-focused workflows such as inventory, sales, expenses, profits, taxes, subscriptions, account services, diagnostics, support, and optional cloud backup. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 18, we may take reasonable steps to delete or disable the account and related account data.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of account-related data we can identify by contacting support. Local device data, exports, screenshots, backup files, or files you shared outside the app may need to be deleted by you from the device or location where they are stored.
You can revoke consent for optional connected features by turning off Auto Cloud Backup, not sending support packages or diagnostics, signing out of account services, disabling device permissions in Settings, or deleting your account in the app where available. Account-related data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve support requests, maintain security, or as otherwise permitted by law.
