Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using CardShow Pro, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Usage

CardShow Pro is a tool for trading card inventory management, show tracking, sales tracking, trade evaluation, expenses, cash history, backups, imports, exports, and analytics. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment, and business use of the data you enter. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Paid Features

CardShow Pro offers paid Collector and Dealer tiers. During onboarding, you choose the tier associated with your 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription to the selected tier. Paid tiers are processed through the App Store or Google Play and may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings before renewal. Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and taxes are handled under the applicable store policies.

Internet Access and Data

CardShow Pro is designed to operate offline for core inventory and show workflows. Optional connected services may include account authentication, password reset email, recovery requests, support ticket submission, diagnostics/crash reporting, subscription checks, and cloud backup if enabled by you. Local device data may remain on a device after logout unless you clear it, uninstall the app, or replace it through restore.

Backups and Data Loss

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. Cloud backup and local backup features are provided as tools, but we cannot guarantee recovery of lost local data, deleted records, lost exports, device failures, failed backups, account access problems, or data changed by user action.

No Professional Advice

Pricing, profit, tax export, P&L, collection value, and analytics features are tools based on information you enter. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, appraisal, insurance, or business advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on app exports for taxes, accounting, insurance, or legal decisions.

Support and Recovery Limits

Support is best-effort and may require your Support ID, screenshots, diagnostics, backups, or support packages. Support cannot see your password or recovery code and cannot guarantee recovery of lost local data, deleted records, lost backups, device failures, or accounts without a valid recovery path.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to owner/admin/support tools, reverse engineer backend systems, submit false support or recovery requests, or use the app for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or misleading sales practices.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties

CardShow Pro, including its name, logo, interface, workflows, written content, and underlying code, is owned by CardShow Pro LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the app without written permission. References to third-party marketplaces, card games, card companies, stores, or services are for identification and recordkeeping only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardShow Pro LLC and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost sales; data loss; pricing errors; tax errors; business interruption; device issues; or inability to access or use the app.

Adult Use

CardShow Pro is intended for adults age 18 and over. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using connected features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. We may delete or disable accounts if we learn they were created by users under 18.
